Now known as “Formerly of Bucks Fizz” – don’t miss the chance to see one of the biggest bands of the 80s
More than thirty years after they stormed charts with a string of hits, Cheryl, Mike and Jay, formerly of Bucks Fizz, are once again set to remind everyone that there is more to them than Making Your Mind Up, with live dates across the country.
Having performed together since 2009 when Cheryl Baker and Mike Nolan reunited with Jay Aston, the trio are being joined for their Paradise Regained Tour by a fourth vocalist in Bobby McVey. The band can no longer call themselves Bucks Fizz but this tour sees three of the original Bucks Fizz group back together for their largest tour since the eighties. The three former Bucks Fizz members, Cheryl, Mike and Jay,are joined by Bobby McVay as our guest singer for the tour, taking the band back to their original size of four.
The Paradise Regained Tour will bring you back to the fun and exciting times of the eighties when Bucks Fizz won Eurovision and you won’t be disappointed. The Making Your Mind Up singers are kicking off an extended world tour in April with some rip-roaring routines. Don’t miss out on such eighties classics as Making Your Mind Up, The Land of Make Believe and My Camera Never Lies. As Bucks Fizz they were one of the most successful bands of the 80s, with three Number Ones and today, the name might have changed but the show must go on.
Cheryl shines with her bubbly personality, even in the early days of Bucks Fizz, her smile could light a stage.
Mike was born in Dublin, making the Eurovision win in 1981 a particularly sweet prize in his own town.
